#1 - Klaxons Live At Glastonbury 2007

I discovered Klaxons in early 2008. I had been through hell at that point, a good friend of mine and I had our second falling out in 6 months (this one was permanent), and something about their music just clicked. It was rock, it was electronic, it was light, and it was dark. Their album “Myths Of The Near Future” was the perfect kaleidoscope for me to work through my recent woes.
Soon after I found their concert from the 2007 Glastonbury music festival, and I have watched it over and over again. They have this subtle energy about them on stage; a quiet confidence in during every song. Their look is a bit out there, which just makes them all the more fascinating. Every time I watch this concert, I’m taken away - just a little bit - and I feel like I’m watching my favorite band of 2008 perform, live.
And it makes me happy.
